Alaya Naturals Affiliate Program Agreement

Welcome to the Alaya Naturals Affiliate Program (“Program”). We’re excited to partner with you!
This Agreement governs your participation in the Program. By registering, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
1. Affiliate Registration & Eligibility
Applications are subject to approval at Alaya’s sole discretion.
We may reject applications for any reason, including if your platform contains unlawful, offensive, or brand-inconsistent content.
We may revoke your participation at any time if your conduct violates these Terms, damages our brand, or breaches applicable laws.
2. Commission & Discount Terms
Commission Rate: 10% on the net order value (excluding tax, shipping, discounts, returns, and chargebacks).
Discount: You may offer your community 10% off their first order only (no discount on recurring subscription renewals).
First-Order Only: Commission applies only to the first purchase from each referred customer. Subsequent purchases by that customer are not commissionable.
Verification Period: All transactions are subject to a 30-day review before commission approval to account for returns, cancellations, and fraud checks.
Payment Schedule: Approved commissions are processed on the third Wednesday of each month via the payment method in your affiliate dashboard.
Non-Commissionable Transactions: Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, orders from unauthorized promotional methods, or incomplete tax/payment info.
3. Affiliate Links, Codes & Prohibited Use
You will receive a unique referral link and, if applicable, a custom coupon code.
Codes and links are not cumulative — you will not receive double commission if both are used in one order.
You may promote your link/code via:
- Your personal website/blog
- Social media accounts
- Email lists (with consent)
- Offline channels (events, printed materials)
Prohibited Use:
- Posting codes/links on coupon or deal sites
- Resale marketplaces, public code aggregators, or generic forums without context
- Paid advertising targeting “Alaya Naturals” or product names without prior approval
- Coupon stacking or using unauthorized codes
Violation of these rules may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Cookie Tracking
Tracking is powered by our affiliate platform. The cookie window duration is displayed in your dashboard and begins on first click.
If cookies are blocked or cleared, tracking may fail, and commission will not be credited.
5. Marketing Content, Usage Rights & Compliance
We may provide marketing assets (logos, images, copy) through your dashboard.
You grant Alaya a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your affiliate-created content (images, videos, posts) in our marketing channels, with credit where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring all promotions:
- Follow FTC endorsement guidelines (clear disclosure, e.g., “#ad” or “#AlayaPartner”)
- Align with FDA regulations (no disease claims)
- Follow Alaya Naturals Affiliate Content & Compliance Standards (Appendix A).
6. Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Alaya’s trademarks, logos, and product images only to promote our products.
You may not alter our branding or use it in misleading, defamatory, or harmful ways.
You may not register domain names, social handles, or ads containing “Alaya Naturals” or confusingly similar names.
7. Termination
Voluntary: You may leave the Program at any time by emailing partners@alayanaturals.com.
Involuntary: We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, for any reason or for no reason, at our sole discretion. Termination will result in immediate removal from the Program, and any unpaid commissions for orders placed after the termination date will be forfeited. Upon termination, you must remove all Alaya materials and stop using your affiliate link/code.
8. Modification
We may update this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or your dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alaya Naturals, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your participation in the Program
- Your violation of these Terms
- Misuse of our brand, materials, or intellectual property
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) related to your participation, even if advised of such possibility.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

APPENDIX A – Alaya Naturals Affiliate Content & Compliance Standards
These rules protect both the Alaya Naturals brand and our affiliates from legal or regulatory issues. They apply to every channel you use — social media, blogs, podcasts, videos, live streams, emails, printed materials, or in-person presentations — and cover the way you talk about our products, your personal experiences, and any related visuals.
1. General Messaging Guidelines
- Avoid medical promises — Never state or imply our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Avoid medical condition references — Do not name specific conditions (e.g., diabetes, arthritis, IBS, depression, osteoporosis) or symptoms (e.g., eliminates bloating, cures joint pain).
- Avoid absolute guarantees — Stay away from words like will, guaranteed, miracle, or magic.
- Avoid before/after promises — Do not claim or imply that results are certain for everyone.
- Use benefit-focused language — Examples: supports, helps maintain, formulated to, may help promote.
- Speak from your own experience — Share what you noticed personally instead of making general promises.
- Include disclaimers when needed: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2. Product-Specific Language Rules
(Examples follow the format: Allowed | Prohibited)
Multi Collagen
Allowed: Supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and joints.
Prohibited: Reverses aging or eliminates wrinkles.
Advanced Synbiotic
Allowed: Helps maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria.
Prohibited: Treats leaky gut or cures digestive problems.
Daily Essentials Multivitamin
Allowed: Helps fill key nutrient gaps in the diet.
Prohibited: Guarantees you won’t get sick or fixes vitamin deficiencies.
Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
Allowed: Supports muscle strength, recovery, and performance.
Prohibited: Builds muscle instantly or acts like a steroid.
Colostrum
Allowed: Supports a healthy immune system and gut lining.
Prohibited: Prevents colds or heals autoimmune conditions.
Libido Blend
Allowed: Formulated to support healthy libido and vitality.
Prohibited: Cures low libido or fixes menopause.
Protein Powders
Allowed: Provides clean, high-quality protein for daily nutrition.
Prohibited: Acts as a meal replacement or guarantees weight loss.
Hair Essentials
Allowed: Supports healthy hair growth and strength from within.
Prohibited: Stops hair loss or guarantees thicker hair.
Immunity Blend
Allowed: Supports a healthy immune system year-round.
Prohibited: Prevents illness or cures infections.
Green Superblend
Allowed: Supports daily energy, digestion, and overall wellness.
Prohibited: Detoxifies your body completely or guarantees weight loss.
3. Visual Content Standards
- Do not use before-and-after transformation photos for skin, weight, or body shape.
- Keep product images clean — no damaged packaging, altered labels, or misleading visuals.
- Do not zoom in on specific body parts to imply a “problem” was fixed.
- Use natural, lifestyle-oriented photography that reflects genuine product use.
4. Disclosure Requirements
- Every promotional post, story, video, or piece of content must include a clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship.
- Acceptable tags: #ad, #sponsored, #AlayaPartner, or a plain statement like “I earn a commission from purchases made through my link/code.”
- Disclosures must be easy to see — not buried in hashtags or fine print.
- On platforms with short text, the disclosure should appear in the first visible part of the post.
5. Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these standards may result in:
- Removal from the Affiliate Program
- Loss of pending commissions
- Revocation of affiliate codes and links
